Instruct - As a group we agreed on the topic of games and toys to create type experiments so we all worked on these in our free time before meeting again the followingweek. After getting together we looked at the work produced so far and were able to reflect as a group what was successful and what wasn’t working so much. I think that this was a good way to work and enabled us to understand one another’s style and what we all wanted to get from this project.

After the second meeting we agreed on two type faces to all use within our designs and created a template for us to all stick to with grid and margins all set up. This gave us all the structure to our designs which allowed the designs to all be coherent to one another and the whole commonplace book to flow successfully as one.
